  3. WHY THIS TOPIC Talk a lot in the beginning when starting with a team Talk a little in the end before transitioning away from a team Realizing my presence always says something, so what impact do I want to have and how do I make that happen?
  4. What impact do we want to have? Not have? We create from our dreams, so it is helpful to know where we are operating from
  5. When we’re clear on the impact we want to have with teams, we can then have conversations with our teams about how we’ll work together to make our “dreams” a reality (or at least avoid our nightmares). This can include educating the team on our coaching style, what to expect, and even our asking for permission to engage in certain ways.
