The Talent Acquisition Team are Fircroft’s specialist Downstream team, working with the world’s leading clients
in refining, chemical and gas processes.
We have sourced talent across the full life-cycle of downstream production from project managers involved in
plant pre-construction to Process Engineers refining its processes, Chemists checking the quality of the
product, Sales Managers selling it to clients and those in the Supply Chain and Logistics exporting it to them.
Intimately involved with one of the world’s largest petrochemical start-up projects our team have had a rare
opportunity to be involved first-hand in recruitment workshops, gaining invaluable experience.

The Talent Acquisition Team work with our clients very closely, project managing the entire
recruitment process. Ultimately our team is here to recruit experienced professionals for you,

When working on a new assignment, the first step for our Talent Acquisition Specialists’ is to
undertake a full research piece on our client and the vacancies we will be recruiting for.
Looking at the specialist products, technologies and skills our client requires and where they
can be found we create a bespoke research project, which gives our clients the confidence to
trust in our ability and commitment, and our team the knowledge of where to begin sourcing
the right talent.
7. Headhunting
Many of the positions we source for are of a highly specialised nature. Thus at times a
different approach to recruitment is required. Our team is experienced in headhunting the
needle in the haystack. Using our initial research we target the companies with the specialist
skills required and do what it takes to identify the relevant candidates working there. Our
approach to recruitment goes beyond databases and job boards and is truly specialised
allowing us to add real value beyond our competitors means.
So how do we do it?
8. Campaign Management
The Talent Acquisition Team specialise in Interview and Assessment Campaign Workshops
worldwide, managing the entire process. The whole workshop experience is created to ensure
that you as the client just have to arrive, interview and depart without needing to be involved
in any of the logistics or arrangements after confirming the location.
The interview days would be attended by a compliment of Fircroft staff, including those
responsible for the recruitment activities for those candidates attending and support staff
9. Mobilisation
Adding to our capabilities as an end-to-end talent acquisition service is our ability to mobilise
candidates globally. Fircroft have an excellent team handling visas and on-boarding, however
the talent acquisition team also has an “in-house” visa team, applying for visas and arranging
mobilisation of candidates belonging to our business unit.
Many of our clients undertake this service as a separate function from recruitment, and we
support and mobilise candidates recruited directly by the client.
