Dear Jerrod
I wanted to send you this brief letter thanking you for the contribution you have made to
impactsociety in the past months. Our experience with you during the Presidents Cup Challenge
has been very positive, you have a way of seeing and encouraging peoples gifts and abilities and
assisting them in working together to achieve a very positive outcome. I know this was the
situation for us during Presidents Cup, as well as other projects we have worked together on.
During the teambuilding sessions you assisted us with at impactsociety, and well the combined
effort of Training 2Go and impactsociety with Boys and Girls clubs of Calgary, I saw your
considerable talents work with diverse groups of people bringing them to cooperate in a unique
learning environment. I have watched you step up and work spontaneously when required as you
participated with us in school assemblies, and the “About Face” program; I have also seen your
giftedness at leading leaders for an extended period of time to commonality of purpose through
your unique methods.
So Jerrod, on behalf of impactsociety again I say thank you, it is a privilege to work with you and
have you work with us.
