To create the framework, choose three of the models described in chapters 10 -17 of Wren Part III (assume each chapter describes a different leadership model). Then, choose three to five generic processes of leadership. One component or process must be the leader/follower exchange - how the leader and followers interact, or their relationship to each other. Choose two to four other processes leaders engage in. To identify processes, you might think about these sentences: "How does ________ happen in this model?" or "What does _______ look like in this model?" (Note: you are not simply asking

This case study examined the critical writing development of three Iranian agricultural students in an English for Academic Purposes course over 21 weeks. The study aimed to determine if critical writing progression followed a linear model, as proposed by the Building a Scholar in Writing model, or a parallel model. The students' 63 essays were coded based on the BSW model's 6 writing steps and two other coding schemes. Expert researchers double coded the data to ensure reliability. The results showed the students' critical thinking skills did not progress linearly as the BSW model proposed. Instead, critical thinking developed parallel to writing proficiency, and in some cases surpassed writing skills. To create the framework, choose three of the models described in chapters 10 -17 of Wren Part III (assume each chapter describes a different leadership model). Then, choose three to five generic processes of leadership. One component or process must be the leader/follower exchange - how the leader and followers interact, or their relationship to each other. Choose two to four other processes leaders engage in. To identify processes, you might think about these sentences: "How does ________ happen in this model?" or "What does _______ look like in this model?" (Note: you are not simply asking

This case study examined the critical writing development of three Iranian agricultural students in an English for Academic Purposes course over 21 weeks. The study aimed to determine if critical writing progression followed a linear model, as proposed by the Building a Scholar in Writing model, or a parallel model. The students' 63 essays were coded based on the BSW model's 6 writing steps and two other coding schemes. Expert researchers double coded the data to ensure reliability. The results showed the students' critical thinking skills did not progress linearly as the BSW model proposed.
