Involved in business development activities of LT/MT/ST power procurement and sales.
Involved in the preparation of RFQ & RFP documents and financial modeling for case-1 long term bids.
Involved in the preparation & filing of tariff petition for determining generation tariff of power plant.
Involved with legal firms for filingpetitions to regulatory commissions on issues related to Coal cost pass
through, dedicated transmission system etc.
Involved in business and strategic planning.
Involved in preparation of board & review meeting presentations.
Responsiblefor commercial and operational activities of power tradingwhich includes s cheduling, energy
sale billing.
Responsible to update top management regarding the upcoming opportunities and analyzing pros and
cons of various business avenues.
Understanding of PPA, FSA, BPTA, Connection agreement and regulatory matters.
Understanding of power evacuation system and impact of relinquishment charges.
Hands on experience in bidding process of coal block auction on MSTC platform.
Coordinating with ERLDC for getting NOC’s and UI payments.
Member of corporate monitoringteam which looks after plantrelated issues,procurement of coal from E-
Auction, Transmission constraint.
Developed Invoicing model based on PPA for long term power sale under Case-2 bidding.
Introduction of CPP’s/IPP’s in power trading business of LPTL, started new ventures in power trading with
entities like BALCO and GOA.
Achieved the milestone of trading more than 7000 MU’s in the span of 3 years with the turnover of more
than Rs. 3.5 billion,raised morethan 4000 Energy salebillsin shortterm (Bilateral & Power Exchange) and
long term power sale.
