the existing towers with other operators / infra up gradation, lease agreement renewals,
reducing night access issue sites and handling estate & rental related issues
 On receipt of the sites nominal from Telecom operators allocating the sites to various site
acquisition vendors for acquiring the sites / directly visiting and acquiring the sites /
difficult sites which ever declared as not acquirable by our vendors
 Collecting required property documents, indemnity bonds etc. and forwarding to
Legal vendors for timely preparing the legal opinion, MoU and preparation of Lease deeds
and get it signed from both the land lord and the company and acquiring the cell site
 Managed activities pertaining to erection of towers inside the corporate premises, meeting /
following up with the corporate management teams and explaining our process and
getting their management approvals
 Coordinating with legal vendors to get the legal opinion with respect to the cell site
documents and with the Finance Department to get the Security deposit cheques for the
cell sites which are cleared by legal team
 Obtaining land lord permissions for additional space / loading additional weight for
sharing the existing tower with other operators, negotiating and convincing the Land Lord
with the minimum possible rental hike for sharing the tower with other operator, in turn
which increases the revenue of the company with the existing towers as well as offering
our own sites to other operators and increasing the revenue.
 Taking necessary approval for the rental hike commitment given to the Land Lord
deviations if any to be taken and ensuring necessary addendums prepared and get it
signed by the Land Lord and the Management and ensuring timely processing of the rent
 Maintaining good relationship with the Land Lord, cross functional teams and the
customer for smooth functioning of the business
 Good Knowledge of site acquisition for RTT and GBT sites. Negotiate the Rent with LL
