The document discusses a new technology called Swoot that allows users to access customized web browsers called "Taccels" from their desktop instead of traditional websites. Taccels can have any shape or functionality and content can be embedded in them. Examples are provided of Taccels for things like guitars, sports, videos, and communities. Companies can create branded Taccels to promote their brand. Taccels are server-based, only require a one-time plugin installation, and can be easily built using programs like Photoshop.

11. They all look great, but they are still square browsers, or as we call them Taccels. Taccels can be in any shape, can have any fuctionallity and can have any content embeded in them. Here you is a great sample of a Taccel football environment.

15. Pretty much everything is possible, and easy to build. Our software is freeware for non-commercial use. Anyone can build their own Taccel. All browsers can be seen in our Swoot portal.

16. On the other hand , companies can have their custom made, branded Taccel. If they are commercially used a software licence is needed. Together with that license they will receive their own plug-in which provides them with their own Desktop icon. A branded transformers Taccel for the movie trailer.
