To whom it may concern:
I am an instructor in the Everett Community College Computer Information Systems
department and I have been privileged to have Sean Woolsey in several of my classes covering
operating systems, servers, and networking. He is an excellent student who is always prepared
for class and participates actively in both class discussions and labs. Sean is an excellent student
seems to truly enjoy the IT field. He has the motivation and the desire to understand technology
and become a subject matter expert.
I enjoy having Sean in my classes. He is always prepared and very helpful to other
students who have questions. He is always willing to assist fellow classmates with the labs and
he recognizes that doing so not only helps him gain more exposure to IT problem solving, but
also helps other students gain greater understanding. Sean is very diligent in completing the
tasks I set in and out of class. He completes all of his assignments thoroughly and on time. His
research is always coherent and comprehensive and his documentation is well planned and
useful. Sean has a broad range of knowledge coving PC hardware, operating systems, Windows
server, Cisco networking, and network application management. He is fully capable of learning
any technology put in front of him and never hesitates to ask pertinent questions.
Sean is an excellent student who has proven his skills by passing multiple industry
certifications; including CompTIA A+ and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician. He
also has no trouble implementing the technology he has learned during his time in school. He
works well with others, is analytical in his troubleshooting and quick to narrow down a problem,
and is able to develop a resolution plan. He will be an asset to any employer who hires him.
