To Whom it May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of supervising David Ng for about a year. David is one of my
dedicated technical support staff at UCSF/Development Office. I've personally
witnessed his cooperative spirit, professional attitude, and caring disposition.
David works collaboratively with his colleagues and has developed an especially
close, working relationship with others in the Information Technology Team. David's
expertise in system management is a great asset to the Information Technology unit.
With his expert knowledge and experience in LAN administration and user support,
David gets to the source of the problems and resolves issues. David is very skillful
in gathering relevant data to design new solutions or to troubleshoot problems. Not
only that he is good at technical support, he is well liked by many users and I have
received great comments on his work!
David is very enthusiastic in his day-to-day activities. He is self motivated. Always
plans ahead and continues to go above and beyond expectations. Earnestly caring
for other staff and the users he serves is also a strong and noticeable trait in his
personality. David has a pleasant, easy-going disposition, is fun to be with at both
professional and social gatherings, and is cheerful, positive, and friendly. He will fit in
very comfortably with any group of professionals who are serious about their work
but also know when it is the right time to joke and relax. His professionalism is a
well-balanced blend of competence, experience, and cordiality. I eagerly give my
endorsement of David Ng's skills and professionalism without qualification and with
the highest praise.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am Kien Truong, a classmate of David Ng at Devry University in Fremont.
David is an excellent web developer and a very skilled programmer. Thanks to
his thorough tutoring throughout the years I have been able to develop my skills
in debugging programs. I credit David's ability to thoroughly explain and review
the materials given in class, with my high grades in programming. His patience
and in-depth knowledge of the subjects has been invaluable to me.
With David's guidance, I am currently an intern for a company by the name of
Start Up, designing websites for startup businesses in East Palo Alto. David gave
me the confidences to apply and taught me the skills that ultimately landed me the
internship.
If you have any further questions, please feel free calling me at 510.333.3220 or

To Whom It May Concern~
This letter is intended to serve as a letter of recommendation for David Ng.
I have worked for the University of Phoenix for over three years as the
Student Services Coordinator. I have encountered many co-workers but
none as exceptional as David. I have been acquainted with David for two
years now but came to know him very well, as he was a constant figure in
the Student Services department. Students and faculty often remark that
David is blessed with good people skills and is highly intelligent. David is
a highly motivated young man of numerous talents and considerable self-
discipline. He is fun loving, likable, enthusiastic, trusting and trustworthy.
In the three years I've been with University of Phoenix, many of our
employees could not match David's good nature. David demonstrated
genuine intellectual curiosity that he exhibited in all ofhis work. Ifthere
was ever a problem, David would be the "to go man," since he has vast
knowledge of many different skills and subjects. David was our Testing
Coordinator, but he was also trained on many different positions here at the
University of Phoenix. David's accomplishments, training, positive work
ethic and dedication are just a few attributes that make him stand out.
