Όταν έχεις απέναντι σου ένα κοινό με παιδιά και γονείς, αναγνωρίζει ότι πρέπει να απευθυνθείς ταυτόχρονα με δύο διαφορετικούς τρόπους. Μια πρόκληση που με χαρά δεχθήκαμε. Οι ερωτήσεις που τέθηκαν στη συνέχεια, κράτησαν περισσότερο από τις ομιλίες, ωστόσο τέθηκαν αρκετοί μύθοι στη διατροφή μας, όπως αν το χωμί παχαίνει, ποια φρούτα να καταναλώνουμε, το αυγό αν αυξάνει τη χοληστερόλη κα. Σε τέτοιες ομιλίες είναι πάντα χαρά μας να μετέχουμε:)
