which was later on acquired by Metlife. NEF Compensation deals with
NEF agents who use to sell different types of policies and get
compensated on weekly basis based on their selling performance. As, it
is directly related to payment, the trail is very critical and meeting
deadline is a must.
Role and
Responsibilities
• Making changes in the existing product to enhance the
application according to current business requirement.
• Analyze and Fix Service Requests based on Business
requirements. To debug the code in case any defect arises and
giving the proper code fix to be installed in production
