The document provides a summary of Swamiji's speech on Shivratri in 2019. Some key points:
1. Swamiji launched his new book in German and spoke about the importance of Shivratri and celebrating in the presence of a new energy center.
2. Swamiji told a story from his childhood about a crow who wanted to change forms but learned to appreciate its own life through speaking to other animals.
3. Swamiji advised developing gratitude for what you have, looking inward, and not paying attention to what others say. Meditate before doing service.
The document describes the process of how the mind can drift from the main subject of thinking. It provides 12 examples of hypothetical "drifts" that could occur when trying to understand the definition of "man" from a dictionary. Each drift moves further away from the original topic as associations and unrelated thoughts arise. By the end of the 12 drifts, the link to the first topic is completely lost. The document argues that training is needed to improve concentration and separate the functions of the mind to reduce drifting during serious thinking.
This document summarizes the August-September-October 2015 issue of The Mustard Seed magazine. The editor urges counting blessings and wishes readers compassion, generosity and blessings from God. It includes letters from readers praising the magazine's secular nature and spiritual messages. The next issue's editor is discussed.

Sandplay allows unconscious feelings and memories to be expressed through creative play, helping elders release buried hurt, anger, and suffering. The author witnessed this firsthand in her aunt and other residents at a nursing facility. She went on to do research on sandplay's benefits for elders with dementia. The author hopes to change care for this group by recognizing past trauma and mining its spiritual potential.

Interview With Jant Farrar And Gavin Bonemburke1963
This document contains an interview with Janet Farrar and Gavin Bone, two influential figures in modern Wicca and Paganism. In the interview, they discuss their personal spiritual journeys and how their views have evolved over time. They provide advice for newcomers to Paganism, discussing how public views of Witchcraft have changed, and addressing common criticisms of their work. Throughout, they emphasize that Wicca is a spiritual practice rather than a rigid tradition defined by books, laws, or lineages.
As we enter the new potentiality of a year (2015), we step forward into possibility, probability, facing some of the same challenges of 2014, yet with a new-found self-belief, a newly discovered wisdom, and an evolving bravery. As the 2014 ebbs, it's a good time for reflection, to ask questions of the self, for instance:

The document is an excerpt from a book by Richie Norton called "Gavin's Law: How to stop waiting and start living." It tells the story of the author losing his brother-in-law Gavin at a young age and then later losing his newborn son, also named Gavin, after only 10 weeks. This led the author to realize that there is no time like the present and we should not wait to pursue our dreams and ideas. He coined the phrase "Gavin's Law" which is to "Live to start. Start to live." meaning we should act on our ideas now rather than waiting for perfect conditions. The story aims to inspire readers to stop waiting and start taking action.
The magazine includes an introduction from the Editor-in-Chief welcoming readers. It highlights articles on reveling in quirks, a student personality profile, ASC week photos, and new columns. Swamiji's CM 2021 Q and A Day 1 Summary by Maitri. This highlights points Swami Shivkrupanand of Guru Tattva or Samarpan Meditation made during his birthday celebrations or Chaitanya Mahotsav.
Guruma shares an adventurous story from her life that was similar to experiences Gurudev had in the Himalayas. She originally planned a trip only to Vaishno Devi with her family, but they ended up exploring many other unplanned places far from Vaishno Devi, using up the kids' full vacation. She notes that in ancient times, trips covering India's four main sacred places ("Char Dham") representing the gods Shiva and Vishnu in all directions were recommended to experience the diverse beauty and energy of spiritual sites across India.
Highlights of some points I appreciated from my CM 2021 diaries or Samarpan Meditation/Guru Tattva guru Swami Shivkrupanand's birthday celebrations or Chaitanya Mahotsav.
Swamiji gave a speech on his birthday where he touched on several spiritual topics:
- People have developed subtle connections with divine energies over the last year and a half.
- Visiting energy centers like the one in Dandi can help balance you spiritually and emotionally, like the deep roots of a peepal tree provide peace.
- Love is the one thing that can be done in any circumstance, though it's best when unconditional and selfless.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

Swamiji’s Shivratri Speech Summary 2019
Greetingstoall divine souls. We are gatheredhere togetheronthe holyoccasionof Shivratri.Today’s
importantfor2 reasons.#1= Todayis Monday (consideredauspiciousforsuchoccasions).#2.We are
celebratingShivratri inthe presence of the new energycentre (Gurushaktidham) forthe firsttime.
The newenergystatue will be shiftedtoGermany.Duringthese last45days,I feel revivedwithanew
zestand enthusiasm.A greatsurplusof gurukaryaor publicoutreachasper divine will will be taking
place overthe nextyear.
Today I will beginatale mymaternal grandmotherwouldshare whenIwasa kid. It’sthe story of Kalu
the crow whowas so calledbecause he wasexceptionally dark.Kalulivedinthe farmer’sfields. He
wouldoftensee awhite duckfloatinginthe waterbackand forth. He wishedhe couldbe aduck
because of itsbeauty. He feltsadfor beingashe was.One day he flew aroundtothe hutof a meditative
asceticand askedhimto pray forhimto be a duck inthe nextlife because itisthe happiestcreature.
The ascetic saidto the effectof the grass alwayslooksgreeneronthe otherside.Goask the duck whatit
feels.
So the crow did.The duckresponded,“WhosaidIwas happy? I floataroundto lookfor food. Try
becomingachickeninsteadbecause theyhave iteasyastheirownerfeedsthem.”Sothe crow went
back and askedthe asceticto pray forhimto be a chickeninthe nextlife. The asceticonce again
respondedthatthe grasslooksgreeneronthe otherside. Go askthe chickenwhatitthinks.Sothe crow
did.The chickenanswered,“WhosaysI am?The goat has iteasier.” The crow wentback once again
and the asceticonce again respondedthatthe greenalwayslooksgreeneronthe otherside.Goaskthe
goat if theyare or not.So the crow did.
The goat answeredthatthe crowwas the luckiestbecause everyoneeatsgoats, chickensorducksbut
no one eatscrows.Humans are the worstfor eatingeverythingtheydon’tcreate.“Iwantto be a crow in
2. my nextlife.” Sothenthe crow wentback to the ascetic and toldhimwhatthe goat said and the ascetic
responded,“See howyouhave asafe life.”The crow thenappreciatedwhoitwas.
Duringthese 45 days of beinginseclusion,Ihave hadthe chance of beinginclose contactwith
followersandknowinghowpeople feel.Iobservedyouare nothappywithwhatyou have.Youmust
developahigheremotional quotient.Youhave a bodythat isequippedtohandle self-realization.Look
at what youhave.Be grateful to yourparents.
You are unique inthisworld. Be inwards.Whatdo I meanbythat? It meansto be observantof your
innerflaws.The more inwardyouare,the strongeryour soul'seye.Don’tpayattentionto whatothers
tell you.Be like Ramuthe elephant.WhenRamuwouldwalktogoback to hisowner, people wouldfold
theirhandsand bowto himas people wouldfeel like theywere blessedwiththe presence of Lord
Ganesha,the removerof obstacles.ButRamuwouldnotpay attentionandstoptowardsthem.He kept
movingforward.Simultaneously,dogswouldbarkbehindRamubuthe neverlookedbehindeither.So
considerelephantsideal.
The dogs were small andfearedRamuforhissize andtheywere alsojealous of himbecause of all the
praise he wouldget.Don’tgetbotheredbywhatotherssay.Even todaypeople insocietyatlarge have a
poor attitude towardsmeditation. If the persondoesritualsorpooja, theyare lookeduponasreligious.
Whereasif someone isseenasmeditating, theyare seenasescapistascetics. Greatamountsof social
awarenessisneeded.
There are three thingsthatyouhave gotteninthis lifetime.Appreciate these.
1. You have gottena bodythat can handle gettingself-realization.
2. Holymediumsordivine channelswere there inyourpreviouslifetimesbuttheyweren’t
authorizedtopasson thispiece of divine wisdom.
3. The time had not come forthis divine wisdomtobe passedon.
So it’slike these 3factorsworkedlike aconfluence of three rivers.Inorderforthe divine wisdomtobe
passedon,these 3 factors hadto be there incombination.Orelse,the wisdomcouldn’tbe passed.
Go beyondwhere youare.WhenShivBabagrantedme self-realization,he lookedlike me.ButItriedto
go beyondthe bodyandperceive Godinhim. We needto learntosee God in everyone.Wake upyour
intellectsothatyou recognize the elementof Godinthe personwhenyousee it.Itis aboutarousingthe
soul.Youperceive these thingswiththe inwardeye.
As for whyyoudon’tsee ShivstatuesinShivtemples,itisas myguru explains.Godisformlessand
therefore we have Shivinthe formof a symbol knownasthe ling.Nandi the bull representsthe highly

An example of whensomeone becomes tothatextentisinthe followingstory. There wasafollower

or (a blankslate as theysayin English). The highsense of bodyidentificationand“I”go hand inhand.
You needtobe relievedof yoursense of bodyidentificationinorderforyoursense of “I” to dissipate. If
youget thisfeelinginyourlifetime,thenthat’ssoul freedom.Asyoucontinually meditate,eventually
youcome to a pointwhenyourkarmas(a ledgerof gooddeedsandmisdeedswe are believedtohave in
our varyinglifetimeswhichpromptrebirth)are finishedoff. Youalsograduallydevelopaverygoodaura
aroundyou. You can notany longerdobad because of the highlypositiveandenergizingnature of such
an aura. So thenegohas no space inwhateverotherworkyoudo. At thispoint, youwill feel like you
were a channel fordoingthisworkbut notthe doeritself.
Whenthat feelingoccurs,whateverworkwe dodoesn’tgettiedwithus.Soneithergoodnorbad
karmas are attached withus. We thenget a karma free state.People thenfeel like theygoteverything.
There’snothinglefttoachieve.Sothere’snocause forrebirthbecause there’snokarmalefttoendure.
Thiskarma free state ismokshaor soul freedom. If yourlife goalsare directedtowardsachievingthis
soul freedom, thingswill be more peaceful. We oftengetthissense whenwe are leavingthe body(i.e.
whenourtime has come to move on).We shouldn’tregretnotdoingsomething. Attainastate of

It isa sincere prayertothe guru energiestoblessthose volunteersinthe last45 dayswho contributed
