How to cook curry and rice

Ingredients(3~4servings)

Roux(commercial)                140g
Beef                            300g
Onion                             2
Carrot                            ½
Potato                            1
Water                            600cc
Butter                           1tbsp
Salad oil                        1tbsp
Apple jam                        1tsp
Chocolate                        peace
Rice                             300~450g

Curry
 1. Buy Ingredients for four people. (Are sold at supermarkets.)
 2. In advance put onion to the refrigerator. (When cut eye is not
    painful.)
 3. Wash away the mud of the poteto.

 15. After 20 second. Fire to medium heat. Add poteto and water to
     the pot.
16.Close the lid. And wait to water to be boiled water.
17.After remove harshness form the pot.




18. After add roux to the pot. And fire to low heat.




19. Add a small amount of chocolate apple jam. (Secret ingredient.)
20. If you need add to sum spice.
21. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
22.If you have nice smell. Compete.



Rice
1. A measure in a measuring cup, put the kettle three doses.
2.   Put the water in the kettle.
3.   Allowed to stand for 10 seconds. After pour off the water.
4.   Put the water in the kettle again.
5.   Wash the rice.
6.   Pour off the water again.
7.   Repeat 3 times 4~6.

     less. Good)




9. Turn on the rice cooker. And wait for 30 about minutes.
10.Then steam for a few minutes.
11.If rice is good color. Complete.




Curry and rice
1. Serve the rice dishes made. (When put rice, keep the space to
   put curry.)
2. Put the curry on the dish.
3. Add fukujinzuke, mayonnaise, your choice.
