session will set us on the way.

would like to see, being it personal; partner relationship or in
the changes you would like to bring to your current team

your ‘GPS’ to aid you on the journey of systems
integration.
• A free strategy session will focus and engage you into

• After our initial discussion, I will design an unique plan
of action, and provide a proposal. If additional
coaching or group work is needed, you add it.
• We design a mutual agreement on ‘the way forward’
and formalize the engagement.
• When ‘stuff’ comes up, we redesign the plan.
What are Relationship Systems?
• We live our lives in relationships with ourselves and
others. This can be seen as a system.

This can be seen as a system. “I am because you are” • Cornerstones: • The relationship system is the client • The relationship system is naturally intelligent and creative • The whole system is coached, not the individual (an individual can be ‘the whole system’) • The system reveals itself to itself, and the voice of the system is important and needs to be heard.
