Session Main Points 
#Session6 
Hi everyone!! 
The Confi project is every day getting more close to your needs and desires, let’s keep in touch and see what we have learned and our improvements. 
Our last session (#session6) we focused on Value Proposition concept and analysis and we also focused on the importance of our next challenge: Landing Pages. 
The class started with our Personas and Empathy Maps presentation and we get a positive feedback about what we did. Please, see our persona that we have updated on the blog. 
As we had talked on #session5 about the process of making an interview and the best way to analyze its’ results, we came up with a first interview form. 
Then, we started with Value proposition curve topic and the best way to develop our business concept. After learning about this valuable framework, we made the Value Curve for Confi.pt and for Zaask.pt, our main competitor. First we discussed a little about the attributes. Based on our product benefits analysis, competitor benefits, and customers’ problems identified, we chose the attributes. In order to choose the best applicable attributes we tried to think in what features we want to differentiate us from our main competitor: Zaask.pt. 
So, we defined 6 attributes on the table, the ones we believe that arethe most important to our customers: price, easy to use, credibility (choose the best), time (quick problem solving), variety and convenience. So, looking at the chart above, we can see the value curves for both companies (blue line represents Zaask.pt and red line represents Confi.pt). 
In the final part of the class, we talked about the next two weekly challenges: surveys and its best practices, and, landing pages, in order to test different hypothesis. 
During these two weeks, we have worked on main points: 
 The interview script reformulation, according to the previous professors’ suggestions and interviewing around 25 people in targeted of Confi, 
 Develop the qualtrics’ survey and, 
 Design two landing pages and get 200 views. 
For the 7th session of LEP we do not present the final interviews’ conclusions because we didn’t get enough considerable results, so we are still, hardly working on this!

  • 1. Session Main Points #Session6 Hi everyone!! The Confi project is every day getting more close to your needs and desires, let’s keep in touch and see what we have learned and our improvements. Our last session (#session6) we focused on Value Proposition concept and analysis and we also focused on the importance of our next challenge: Landing Pages. The class started with our Personas and Empathy Maps presentation and we get a positive feedback about what we did. Please, see our persona that we have updated on the blog. As we had talked on #session5 about the process of making an interview and the best way to analyze its’ results, we came up with a first interview form. Then, we started with Value proposition curve topic and the best way to develop our business concept. After learning about this valuable framework, we made the Value Curve for Confi.pt and for Zaask.pt, our main competitor. First we discussed a little about the attributes. Based on our product benefits analysis, competitor benefits, and customers’ problems identified, we chose the attributes. In order to choose the best applicable attributes we tried to think in what features we want to differentiate us from our main competitor: Zaask.pt. So, we defined 6 attributes on the table, the ones we believe that arethe most important to our customers: price, easy to use, credibility (choose the best), time (quick problem solving), variety and convenience. So, looking at the chart above, we can see the value curves for both companies (blue line represents Zaask.pt and red line represents Confi.pt). In the final part of the class, we talked about the next two weekly challenges: surveys and its best practices, and, landing pages, in order to test different hypothesis. During these two weeks, we have worked on main points:  The interview script reformulation, according to the previous professors’ suggestions and interviewing around 25 people in targeted of Confi,  Develop the qualtrics’ survey and,  Design two landing pages and get 200 views. For the 7th session of LEP we do not present the final interviews’ conclusions because we didn’t get enough considerable results, so we are still, hardly working on this! See you next week!
