Churn rate is a measure of how many
subscribers are leaving each month. With
high the churn rates, your business must
compensate by increasing customer
acquisitions.
Why is this
important? Monthly Rollup Metrics
Data Sources
Each version of a Zuora subscription has a
status that indicates if the subscription is active
or cancelled. We can compare the number of
cancelled subscriptions to the number of active
subscriptions to determine the churn rate.

  • 15. Report 1: Churn Rate page 015 Churn rate is a measure of how many subscribers are leaving each month. With high the churn rates, your business must compensate by increasing customer acquisitions. Why is this important? Monthly Rollup Metrics Data Sources Each version of a Zuora subscription has a status that indicates if the subscription is active or cancelled. We can compare the number of cancelled subscriptions to the number of active subscriptions to determine the churn rate. What does it Measure?
