It suggests taking frequent study breaks, working while standing, chewing gum, highlighting notes with bright colors, decorating one's work space with posters, listening to music, creating models or demonstrations, skimming before detailed reading, using gestures, keeping a tidy desk, and creating vocabulary cards sorted by similarity. The tips are intended to increase learning for kinaesthetic learners both in and out of the classroom.
