2. Documents list – Foreign citizens, who want to apply for admission at Moldova, have to submit
below documents
The following set of documents
a. Certified copy of National Passport, with the period of validity not less than a year and a
half (1 year & 6 months);
b. Certified copy of the Diploma of the latest graduated program that gives the right to be
admitted to the next study level and Transcript of Records; Diploma must have an
Apostille.
c. Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the country that issued the document of
education should include:
o confirmation of Diploma authenticity;
o study period which preceded the issue of Diploma;
o academic and professional value of Diploma;
o description of marking system;
d. To be admitted for Doctorate (PhD) Degree is also necessary to submit Bachelor Degree
Diploma and Master Degree Diploma and Transcript of records for both programs and
Curriculum Vitae.
e. The amount in the Bank Certificate must not be less than 2700 Euro; The amount should be
stated in Euro or USD (validity of Certificate – 10 days);
f. Police Certificate issued by the state of residency with Apostile (validity 3 months);
g. Medical Certificate, including the AIDS/HIV test certificate;
h. Copy of Birth Certificate - must have an Apostille.
i. Payment confirmation of Application fee – 100 Euro; (amount that is deducted from the total
fee);
j. For minor candidates: Notary declaration from both parents regarding the permission to
receive staying documents on the territory of RM and copies of passports of both parents or
copy of death certificate.
NOTE: The above mentioned set of documents must be translated into one of the following
languages: Romanian, Russian, English, or French (notary translation).
IMPORTANT: Police Certificate (validity 3 months) and Diploma must have an APOSTILLE,
bank certificate (validity 10 days).

3. 1. The foreign students must submit the following set of documents to the International
Relations Office.
 Application form for legalization (filled at the IRO);
 National Passport and notary copy of the following copies
o - main page (with personal data and photo);
o - the page with entrance stamp (proving the date and stamp of border crossing) and
long stay visa (for candidates that have a visa)
 Diploma of the latest graduated program that gives the right to be admitted to the next
study level and Transcript of Records; Diploma must have an Apostille.
 Accommodation Proof (home owner’s agreement drafted by notary or the accommodation
order in dormitory);(WE WILL PROVIDE)
 Police certificate from home country with Apostille (validity 3 months);
 Medical certificate and the original of the AIDS /HIV test certificate;
 Blood Group Certificate;
 International Medical Insurance for 1 year;
The amount in the Bank Certificate must not be less than 2700 Euro; the amount should be
stated in Euro or USD (validity of Certificate – 10 days)
 6 photos size 3x4;
NOTE: The above mentioned set of documents must be translated in one of the following
languages: Romanian, Russian, English, or French
