Do I need to meet the landlord?
As we are the agents, you will deal with us. We will

Meter readings are collected for the property from the
day you move in.

Signing Tenancy Agreements
It specifies certain rights to both you and the
landlord, such as your right to live in the home for the
agreed term and your landlord’s right to receive rent
for letting the property.

You will digitally sign your Tenancy Agreement. Three
copies are made.One will be kept by you, the
landlord receives one and we have one on our files.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, the deposit amount will be confirmed by the
agency.

This is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy
providing there is no damage or cleaning to be done
to the property caused by yourself. As required by
the Housing Act April 2007 all of our deposits are held
in a statutory deposit protection scheme.

Moving Out
You must give your landlord or agent 1 month’s
written notice on the day before your rent due date.
However, you can extend your contract providing the
landlord is happy with you as a tenant and the
condition of the property (see additional charges). We
will arrange to meet you at the property to conduct a
move out inspection. This has to be done on or before
the last day of your contract.
