An experienced Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) supervisor with excellent

I am responsible for delivering the division’s response to the Senior Manager Regime.
This includes contributing to the programme of policy development, developing our
risk tolerance and associated processes, and delivering a transitional function for
processing grandfathering notifications (to transition existing banks’ approved
persons to the new regime).
I am also a member of the departmental management team, responsible for managing
the department’s First Line of Defence Controls and reporting directly to the Head of
Department.

As a senior member of the Risk and Change team, I was responsible for delivering the
Consumer Credit Supervision Risk Framework and associated processes for all firms
