Stress Management Deep Breathing Exercises Close your eyes with arms and legs relaxed Exhale all air from your lungs Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose, filling your lungs to capacity Hold for a 5 count, 1…2…3…4…5 Exhale fully through your mouth, exhaling all your waste air, breathing out your tension Repeat 5 times
