OUR PROCESS
Fees: are presented based on our understanding and knowledge of the project
                 as described. Our estimate is for fees only. As such it does not include outside
                 costs which are the costs that we incur to run or supply your piece of business.
                 Outside costs include such items as travel, accommodation, couriers,
 terms &         photography, illustration, photographic usage and printing etc. We are happy to
                 work within an outside cost budget and we would gain your approval before
                 committing significant outside cost expenditure. Based on experience, outside
conditions       costs tend to work out at about 10-35% of fees but there is clearly no real
                 science to the estimation as a great degree of it will depend upon your needs, so
                 we really only supply this figure for budgetary purposes. GST, PST extra where
                 applicable
                 Terms: Net due upon receipt of invoice. Late payment charges are 2% per
                 month (24% per annum) on overdue accounts GST#: 10103-1433
