Strategic Plan Part 2: SWOT Analysis Paper
Organizations in-charge of shipment and ferrying of goods have
increasingly become concerned due to the widespread changes
in the economy, the installations of new regulations, and the
current initiatives on highway funding. It is of importance to
note that some changes progress faster than others. Soon, this is
expected to take place in the trucking industry. The shortage of
drivers, which has become a universal norm, will ensure that the
trucking companies are bewildered so as to be able to attract
and ensure that their professionals remain (Trends to Track in
2016 - Article - TruckingInfo.com. 2016). The economic state
has taken a back seat, but the direction it has taken is a huge
blow for all of the stakeholders in the trucking sector. The
following are some of the forces and trends that are expected to
reshape the transportation industry in the future.
The United States' economy is one of the fastest growing
economies in the world today with about 2.5% annual growth
rate. The pace is expected to escalate in the next coming years.
The major influencers of the economy are the solid momentum
in the domestic market as opposed to a cautious approach to
investment in the global environment, which is very emaciated.
However, businesses in the country have shown to be
conservative on the current elective environment. They continue
in spite of lacking a strong dollar and are waiting for growth in
the economy that has led to the opportunities of exportation
being slim (Regulation & Legislation: Truckers Get the Message
- Inbound Logistics. (2016).
Further, weakness is showing by reduced investment levels and
productivity; the American economy is expected to resume
normality, resulting in labor shortages which might pressurize
wages and hence eat into the profits earned by the corporate
firms. To curb this, Swift Transportation Company has the
objective of remaining active and hence, extending the above
average growth for a longer period. The plan by the
organization will be of great help because the economic
components are continuing at levels that are not sustainable.
The current economic variables make the group predict the
economic growth rate to be at a staggering 2.8% for this fiscal
year (Trends to Track in 2016 - Article - TruckingInfo.com.
2016).
More concerns threaten the annual economic gains for the
organization in the financial year. The risks are associated with
the slowing down in the domestic economies overseas. The
economies continued slowing is considered a threat because it
can constrain the projected growth rate at a mere 1%. When
this happens, then, there are very high possibilities that those
financial markets at the global level will be hugely affected and
this will translate to the country's economy hence slowing it
down.
One of the greatest hopes that the organization clings to is the
rampant growth rate that the trucking industry has witnessed
sine the 90’s, the rate is even higher than the rate that GDP has
over the same timeframe.
The organization plans to use 3PLs, makes use of the
transportation management system (TMS) to help with
supporting the procedures in the supply chain and the choices
concerning transportation. TMS software will help by providing
visibility into the organization's supply chain performance
through the use of data and the collected reports. The TMS
software will help with information that is collectible and that
can be in turn analyzed to help with identifying the problems
and the solutions that are in the industry's supply chain.
However, this will be significantly challenging due to the use of
the connected vehicle that has forced some truck operators to
dig deep to ensure some elements of positive change. The
majority of fleets have had the consideration of leveraging the
authority and extent of the various technological solutions to
ensure that the operations are efficiently manageable. Swift
Transportation Company getting access to an enhanced number
of technological advancements implies that the managers of its
fleet can access a lot of data to help them with making
decisions. The organization also plans on collecting information
on driver behavior, and vehicle maintenance request. This
information may assist with ensuring an increment in the
efficiency, reduction in the costs of fuels, improve the level of
offering services and guarantee an improvement in the level of
services the company is providing to the customers (Regulation
& Legislation: Truckers Get the Message - Inbound Logistics.
(016).
One of the plans that the organization has is the use of system
integration. This medium will range from the management
systems, the GPS tracking, and the accounting software for the
organization. These will be helpful in ensuring knowledge of
the assets' location and can be used to update an estimated time
of delivery. The team also developed an Uber-like application
that consumers can download to their smartphones. Through the
App, consumers will be able to place their shipment orders and
choose the most appropriate truckers for them. Further, the
organization will make use of technology to help with
automated mechanicals and the adoption of fully-automatic
transmissions to help with saving fuel and suit drivers (Trends
to Track in 2016 - Article - TruckingInfo.com. 2016).
The next trend is the road works. The United States' Congress
has passed one of the major multi-annual highway bills since
2009. Trucking is known to be responsible for carrying a
staggering 67% of the freight tonnage transported in the United
States Since 2011. However, the initiatives started by the
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrative (FMCSA) relating
to the CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability is a huge
challenge), is a huge problem for the company (Regulation &
Legislation: Truckers Get the Message - Inbound Logistics.
2016). When adding this with the federal requirements of the
newly passed Hours-of-Service (HOS) regulations for the sake
of the drivers, the issue becomes a nightmare.
Finding and retaining an excellent driver has become a
nightmare for the transportation industry in the recent past. The
organization is very much aware of the role they play in
ensuring a successful financial year; in fact, the impacts of pay
for the drivers have cost the trucking industry a staggering
figure of between USD 1.6 billion and USD 3.9 billion on an
annual basis. However, through enhanced allowances and
drivers' training, the company anticipates motivating its drivers
and foster good Return on Investments (ROE). Another factor
that the institution upholds is prioritization of the safety around
its premises. Adequate measures have been taken to ensure that
the equipment used are safe and that the company is only hiring
safe drivers from their respective positions. By adhering to the
CSA and the requirements of the electronic stability control
(ESC), the organizations on the verge of making Swift
Transportation company, the safest in the whole of the United
States.

STRATEGIC PLAN PART 1: NEW PRODUCT OR SERVICE

Strategic Plan Part 1: New Product or Service
Swift Transportation Company realizes the great exposure it has
to the public as compared to other industries. This is because,
the organization does not just have to maintain a department in-
charge of the customer service, but also to ensure a continuation
of the contracts with the customers that it via their drivers, sales
representatives, logistic coordinators, and agents. This is the
reason why the organization has a solemn commitment of
ensuring that even though it is creating a new division, there is
a continuation improvement in the experiences of the customers.
The importance of innovation in Swift Transportation
Company's vision, mission, and values, and determine your
business model for this new division. Include the following:
Swift’s vision is to ensure achievement in unity. This
provides a reflection of the support that the organization gets
from its community to help with raising its ambitions and the
economies of its times. By stating ‘more’ the firm implies
through the strategic thrusts that it has. ‘Together’ implies the
strength, and the ability to draw the available resources in the
wider SWIFT community. Through the vision, the firm will
become the leading trucking company in history.
Mission
Swift Transportation has a mission of attracting and retaining
customers by ensuring that they get the best transportation
solutions and putting in place profitable, culture regarding
safety that is disciplined, a never-failing trust, and the best
services in the industry. To achieve this, the organization holds
to the following set of values that helps with spearheading it
ahead. They include upholding safety, respect, balance, proper
communication, teamwork, and accountability, just to mention a
few.
To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the organization has
put in place the most workable professional code of ethics for
its employees, the officers, and the organizational board
members to help with governing their ethical standards when in
the premises of the company. With this, the organization has
ensured that its customers gets the best of the services that is
necessary for them.
Propose a new product or service for the new company division.
The division should be customer-focused with an innovative
mission statement.
To foster a good customer service, relation, and service, the
organization is working with its innovative team to ensure the
incorporation of the 3PL technology. 3 PLs will work in
closeness to help the created division with creating the best
types of collaborative relationships that will help with fostering
the experiences of the consumers. The organization understands
the existing relationship between the shippers, the carriers, and
the experts in the logistic department, but it is quite complex.
The 3PLs makes use of the transportation management system
(TMS) to help with supporting the procedures in the supply
chain and the choices with respect to transportation. TMS
software will help by providing visibility into the organization’s
supply chain performance through the use of data and the
collected reports. The TMS software will help with enabling,
real-time, and information that is tangible being collected that
can be in turn analysed to help with identifying the problems
and the solutions that are in the industry’s supply chain. When
the division creates solution with the knowledge that is gained
from the data on TMS often leads to the satisfaction of the
customers to be enhanced.
The organization is well aware that to have it continue with
fostering growth, the most significant step that should be taken
is to ensure the satisfaction of the customers it has. In fact,
there are predictions that by 2020, the experience of the
customers will have greater importance that the price, brand
choice, or the product as a differentiator in the decisions
relating to the purchasing. Therefore, the organization has
understood that the key differentiator with respect to either a
customer being satisfied or not, or being happy or unhappy, will
have great dependence on the nature of the insight that firm will
have on the data produced by TMS.
The data that is retrieved from the TMS will allow the
organization’s shippers and their providers of logistics to help
with better planning for the capacity that is limited, the constant
change in the demand, the costs of the fuel and the size of
shipment. Since the data being dealt with here is very big, the
organization understand the necessity of having the best metrics
in place that will help with adequate remembrance of the
expectations that the c0ustomers come with. The ultimate
objective that the firm has is to ensure that all of the
expectations put in place are met, taking into consideration
from the shippers to the very-end consumers in the supply
chain. Therefore, by using the TMS, the organization will be
able to understand the instances of success and failures that may
exists in the supply chain.
Describe how the division addresses customer needs and
achieves competitive advantage.
By making use of the 3PL-shipper relationship, the division of
the organization will be able to develop an enhanced
competitive advantage through the use of the integrated
technology.
Create a vision and a business model for this new division that
clearly demonstrates your decision on what you want your
business to become in the future.
The organization understands that a great portion of the current
American population tend to consider shipping to be a part and
parcel of the overall experience they get when they go
shopping. Therefore, through the creation of the new division,
the company understands that as days go by, the consumers tend
to prefer quick deliveries to be their positive experiences. This
means that if there is a failed or a delivery that is mistimed,
then the consumer experience will be take to be very poor.
When the organization generates data from the TMS then this
will provide it and its logistic providers with the chance of
engaging the best planning practises for cases of limited
capacities, the altering demand, the costs of fuel, and the sizes
of shipment.
TMS technology generally helps with documenting data related
to:
· Tracking of the deliveries
· Notifications of the status updates
· Analysis of the lanes
· Metrics to help with one-time performances.
· The trends in the volumes, and
· The costs
The firm has a clear understanding that it will be able to benefit
from 3PLS who are able to generate and to provide the analysis
of the big data to help with finding the opportunities for diving
success and improving the experience of the customers. This is
the main driving force behind the organization deciding to
expand by creating a new division.
The organization is also very aware of the challenges that lies
ahead in its bid in creating enhanced customer experiences.
Some of them include the demands of the customers and ever
expanding challenges of retail. Therefore, through the
integration of the organization’s management technology, it will
be able to have its supply chain enhanced, and alternatively
leading to the growth and achievement of the best associations
by the customers.
The following model will be of significance in helping the firm
realize the dream of the new branch.
Step 1: Identifying the most appropriate equipment
This will be the first decision and the one which will be the
most expensive. After this is done, the division will make the
decision if it either wants to purchase the equipment or if it
wants to lease them.
Step 2: Acquiring the best Customers
In most cases, the new-operators acquire their first customers
for shipment from a kind of load board. However, due to its
competitiveness, the use of load-board should never be the
long-term strategy for the division.
Step 3: Engaging in the best biding by being aware of the
division’s expense
The organization will take the necessary steps to ensure that its
bids are low enough to ensure competitiveness yet a figure that
will still ensure that the division remains profitable. The only
way that an organization can achieve this mixed fortune is to be
aware of the expenses that it has: these are with regard to the
maintenances, the repairs of the trucks, payments of trucks and
trailers, the fuel prices, and the work’s costs.
Step 4: Ensuring that the back office is run efficiently
For the tracking organization to be a success, the back office
should be well managed.
Step 5: Avoiding the problems associated with cash flows
This is the last part of the model that will be used by the
organization. The organization will avoid through the use of
freight factoring. Through this, the organization, will be able to
get advance for the freight bills that are slow-paying.
To ensure that the vision, mission, and value of the new
division align with the company's mission and vision, the
division will offer the same types of services being offered at
the main plant, just with improved customer experience. The
main course in this case is having the organization plan aligned
with that of the parent company.
Summarize how the vision, mission, and values guide the
division's strategic direction.
Vision
To provide the customers with the best experience in the whole
of the industry.
Mission
The mission will be to attract and ensure that the customers are
maintained by offering the best solutions for their
transportations.
Values
The values will include:
· Safety
· Respect
· Communication
· Trust
· Winning attitude, just to mention a few.
Define your guiding principles and values for your division in
the context of culture, social responsibility, and ethics.
The employees, the officers and the board members of the
company will be expected to adhere to the following guiding
principles:
· Carry out their duties in a way that is honest, ethical, while
upholding the highest integrity.
· The stakeholders will be provided with the best documents
regarding the operations of the business.
· The division will strive to tear the line of the rule and the
regulations that the state, and the federal governments have
outlined.
· Confidentiality of the information regarding the firm will be
treated with utmost confidentiality.
· Fostering accountability and ensure that the assets that the
firm has remains under control.
· The management will act to proactive promote and lead by an
example when it come to the ethical behaviors.
With these strategies, the division will be the best and offer
unmatched services to the consumers in the industry.

Strategic Plan Part 2 SWOT Analysis PaperJon Thompson.docx

  • 1. Strategic Plan Part 2: SWOT Analysis Paper Jon Thompson BUS/475 November 14, 2016 Michael Portillo Running head: STRATEGIC PLAN PART 2: SWOT ANALYSIS PAPER 1 STRATEGIC PLAN PART 2: SWOT ANALYSIS PAPER 9 Strategic Plan Part 2: SWOT Analysis Paper Organizations in-charge of shipment and ferrying of goods have increasingly become concerned due to the widespread changes in the economy, the installations of new regulations, and the current initiatives on highway funding. It is of importance to note that some changes progress faster than others. Soon, this is expected to take place in the trucking industry. The shortage of drivers, which has become a universal norm, will ensure that the trucking companies are bewildered so as to be able to attract and ensure that their professionals remain (Trends to Track in 2016 - Article - TruckingInfo.com. 2016). The economic state has taken a back seat, but the direction it has taken is a huge blow for all of the stakeholders in the trucking sector. The
  • 2. following are some of the forces and trends that are expected to reshape the transportation industry in the future. The United States' economy is one of the fastest growing economies in the world today with about 2.5% annual growth rate. The pace is expected to escalate in the next coming years. The major influencers of the economy are the solid momentum in the domestic market as opposed to a cautious approach to investment in the global environment, which is very emaciated. However, businesses in the country have shown to be conservative on the current elective environment. They continue in spite of lacking a strong dollar and are waiting for growth in the economy that has led to the opportunities of exportation being slim (Regulation & Legislation: Truckers Get the Message - Inbound Logistics. (2016). Further, weakness is showing by reduced investment levels and productivity; the American economy is expected to resume normality, resulting in labor shortages which might pressurize wages and hence eat into the profits earned by the corporate firms. To curb this, Swift Transportation Company has the objective of remaining active and hence, extending the above average growth for a longer period. The plan by the organization will be of great help because the economic components are continuing at levels that are not sustainable. The current economic variables make the group predict the economic growth rate to be at a staggering 2.8% for this fiscal year (Trends to Track in 2016 - Article - TruckingInfo.com. 2016). More concerns threaten the annual economic gains for the organization in the financial year. The risks are associated with the slowing down in the domestic economies overseas. The economies continued slowing is considered a threat because it can constrain the projected growth rate at a mere 1%. When this happens, then, there are very high possibilities that those financial markets at the global level will be hugely affected and this will translate to the country's economy hence slowing it down.
  • 3. One of the greatest hopes that the organization clings to is the rampant growth rate that the trucking industry has witnessed sine the 90’s, the rate is even higher than the rate that GDP has over the same timeframe. The organization plans to use 3PLs, makes use of the transportation management system (TMS) to help with supporting the procedures in the supply chain and the choices concerning transportation. TMS software will help by providing visibility into the organization's supply chain performance through the use of data and the collected reports. The TMS software will help with information that is collectible and that can be in turn analyzed to help with identifying the problems and the solutions that are in the industry's supply chain. However, this will be significantly challenging due to the use of the connected vehicle that has forced some truck operators to dig deep to ensure some elements of positive change. The majority of fleets have had the consideration of leveraging the authority and extent of the various technological solutions to ensure that the operations are efficiently manageable. Swift Transportation Company getting access to an enhanced number of technological advancements implies that the managers of its fleet can access a lot of data to help them with making decisions. The organization also plans on collecting information on driver behavior, and vehicle maintenance request. This information may assist with ensuring an increment in the efficiency, reduction in the costs of fuels, improve the level of offering services and guarantee an improvement in the level of services the company is providing to the customers (Regulation & Legislation: Truckers Get the Message - Inbound Logistics. (016). One of the plans that the organization has is the use of system integration. This medium will range from the management systems, the GPS tracking, and the accounting software for the organization. These will be helpful in ensuring knowledge of the assets' location and can be used to update an estimated time of delivery. The team also developed an Uber-like application
  • 4. that consumers can download to their smartphones. Through the App, consumers will be able to place their shipment orders and choose the most appropriate truckers for them. Further, the organization will make use of technology to help with automated mechanicals and the adoption of fully-automatic transmissions to help with saving fuel and suit drivers (Trends to Track in 2016 - Article - TruckingInfo.com. 2016). The next trend is the road works. The United States' Congress has passed one of the major multi-annual highway bills since 2009. Trucking is known to be responsible for carrying a staggering 67% of the freight tonnage transported in the United States Since 2011. However, the initiatives started by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrative (FMCSA) relating to the CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability is a huge challenge), is a huge problem for the company (Regulation & Legislation: Truckers Get the Message - Inbound Logistics. 2016). When adding this with the federal requirements of the newly passed Hours-of-Service (HOS) regulations for the sake of the drivers, the issue becomes a nightmare. Finding and retaining an excellent driver has become a nightmare for the transportation industry in the recent past. The organization is very much aware of the role they play in ensuring a successful financial year; in fact, the impacts of pay for the drivers have cost the trucking industry a staggering figure of between USD 1.6 billion and USD 3.9 billion on an annual basis. However, through enhanced allowances and drivers' training, the company anticipates motivating its drivers and foster good Return on Investments (ROE). Another factor that the institution upholds is prioritization of the safety around its premises. Adequate measures have been taken to ensure that the equipment used are safe and that the company is only hiring safe drivers from their respective positions. By adhering to the CSA and the requirements of the electronic stability control (ESC), the organizations on the verge of making Swift Transportation company, the safest in the whole of the United States.

  • 9. Strategic Plan Part 1: New Product or Service Swift Transportation Company realizes the great exposure it has to the public as compared to other industries. This is because, the organization does not just have to maintain a department in- charge of the customer service, but also to ensure a continuation of the contracts with the customers that it via their drivers, sales representatives, logistic coordinators, and agents. This is the reason why the organization has a solemn commitment of ensuring that even though it is creating a new division, there is a continuation improvement in the experiences of the customers. The importance of innovation in Swift Transportation Company's vision, mission, and values, and determine your business model for this new division. Include the following: Swift’s vision is to ensure achievement in unity. This provides a reflection of the support that the organization gets from its community to help with raising its ambitions and the economies of its times. By stating ‘more’ the firm implies through the strategic thrusts that it has. ‘Together’ implies the strength, and the ability to draw the available resources in the wider SWIFT community. Through the vision, the firm will become the leading trucking company in history. Mission Swift Transportation has a mission of attracting and retaining customers by ensuring that they get the best transportation solutions and putting in place profitable, culture regarding safety that is disciplined, a never-failing trust, and the best services in the industry. To achieve this, the organization holds to the following set of values that helps with spearheading it ahead. They include upholding safety, respect, balance, proper communication, teamwork, and accountability, just to mention a few. To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the organization has put in place the most workable professional code of ethics for its employees, the officers, and the organizational board members to help with governing their ethical standards when in the premises of the company. With this, the organization has
  • 10. ensured that its customers gets the best of the services that is necessary for them. Propose a new product or service for the new company division. The division should be customer-focused with an innovative mission statement. To foster a good customer service, relation, and service, the organization is working with its innovative team to ensure the incorporation of the 3PL technology. 3 PLs will work in closeness to help the created division with creating the best types of collaborative relationships that will help with fostering the experiences of the consumers. The organization understands the existing relationship between the shippers, the carriers, and the experts in the logistic department, but it is quite complex. The 3PLs makes use of the transportation management system (TMS) to help with supporting the procedures in the supply chain and the choices with respect to transportation. TMS software will help by providing visibility into the organization’s supply chain performance through the use of data and the collected reports. The TMS software will help with enabling, real-time, and information that is tangible being collected that can be in turn analysed to help with identifying the problems and the solutions that are in the industry’s supply chain. When the division creates solution with the knowledge that is gained from the data on TMS often leads to the satisfaction of the customers to be enhanced. The organization is well aware that to have it continue with fostering growth, the most significant step that should be taken is to ensure the satisfaction of the customers it has. In fact, there are predictions that by 2020, the experience of the customers will have greater importance that the price, brand choice, or the product as a differentiator in the decisions relating to the purchasing. Therefore, the organization has understood that the key differentiator with respect to either a customer being satisfied or not, or being happy or unhappy, will have great dependence on the nature of the insight that firm will have on the data produced by TMS.
  • 11. The data that is retrieved from the TMS will allow the organization’s shippers and their providers of logistics to help with better planning for the capacity that is limited, the constant change in the demand, the costs of the fuel and the size of shipment. Since the data being dealt with here is very big, the organization understand the necessity of having the best metrics in place that will help with adequate remembrance of the expectations that the c0ustomers come with. The ultimate objective that the firm has is to ensure that all of the expectations put in place are met, taking into consideration from the shippers to the very-end consumers in the supply chain. Therefore, by using the TMS, the organization will be able to understand the instances of success and failures that may exists in the supply chain. Describe how the division addresses customer needs and achieves competitive advantage. By making use of the 3PL-shipper relationship, the division of the organization will be able to develop an enhanced competitive advantage through the use of the integrated technology. Create a vision and a business model for this new division that clearly demonstrates your decision on what you want your business to become in the future. The organization understands that a great portion of the current American population tend to consider shipping to be a part and parcel of the overall experience they get when they go shopping. Therefore, through the creation of the new division, the company understands that as days go by, the consumers tend to prefer quick deliveries to be their positive experiences. This means that if there is a failed or a delivery that is mistimed, then the consumer experience will be take to be very poor. When the organization generates data from the TMS then this will provide it and its logistic providers with the chance of engaging the best planning practises for cases of limited capacities, the altering demand, the costs of fuel, and the sizes of shipment.
  • 12. TMS technology generally helps with documenting data related to: · Tracking of the deliveries · Notifications of the status updates · Analysis of the lanes · Metrics to help with one-time performances. · The trends in the volumes, and · The costs The firm has a clear understanding that it will be able to benefit from 3PLS who are able to generate and to provide the analysis of the big data to help with finding the opportunities for diving success and improving the experience of the customers. This is the main driving force behind the organization deciding to expand by creating a new division. The organization is also very aware of the challenges that lies ahead in its bid in creating enhanced customer experiences. Some of them include the demands of the customers and ever expanding challenges of retail. Therefore, through the integration of the organization’s management technology, it will be able to have its supply chain enhanced, and alternatively leading to the growth and achievement of the best associations by the customers. The following model will be of significance in helping the firm realize the dream of the new branch. Step 1: Identifying the most appropriate equipment This will be the first decision and the one which will be the most expensive. After this is done, the division will make the decision if it either wants to purchase the equipment or if it wants to lease them. Step 2: Acquiring the best Customers In most cases, the new-operators acquire their first customers for shipment from a kind of load board. However, due to its competitiveness, the use of load-board should never be the long-term strategy for the division. Step 3: Engaging in the best biding by being aware of the division’s expense
  • 13. The organization will take the necessary steps to ensure that its bids are low enough to ensure competitiveness yet a figure that will still ensure that the division remains profitable. The only way that an organization can achieve this mixed fortune is to be aware of the expenses that it has: these are with regard to the maintenances, the repairs of the trucks, payments of trucks and trailers, the fuel prices, and the work’s costs. Step 4: Ensuring that the back office is run efficiently For the tracking organization to be a success, the back office should be well managed. Step 5: Avoiding the problems associated with cash flows This is the last part of the model that will be used by the organization. The organization will avoid through the use of freight factoring. Through this, the organization, will be able to get advance for the freight bills that are slow-paying. To ensure that the vision, mission, and value of the new division align with the company's mission and vision, the division will offer the same types of services being offered at the main plant, just with improved customer experience. The main course in this case is having the organization plan aligned with that of the parent company. Summarize how the vision, mission, and values guide the division's strategic direction. Vision To provide the customers with the best experience in the whole of the industry. Mission The mission will be to attract and ensure that the customers are maintained by offering the best solutions for their transportations. Values The values will include: · Safety · Respect · Communication · Trust
  • 14. · Winning attitude, just to mention a few. Define your guiding principles and values for your division in the context of culture, social responsibility, and ethics. The employees, the officers and the board members of the company will be expected to adhere to the following guiding principles: · Carry out their duties in a way that is honest, ethical, while upholding the highest integrity. · The stakeholders will be provided with the best documents regarding the operations of the business. · The division will strive to tear the line of the rule and the regulations that the state, and the federal governments have outlined. · Confidentiality of the information regarding the firm will be treated with utmost confidentiality. · Fostering accountability and ensure that the assets that the firm has remains under control. · The management will act to proactive promote and lead by an example when it come to the ethical behaviors. With these strategies, the division will be the best and offer unmatched services to the consumers in the industry.
