Easy Reach began as a fax selling company but later expanded into different Strategic Business Units including IT services, software design, and BPO. As the company grew, the roles of HR evolved with the businesses. When the company began facing difficulties, the new CEO Prithviraj took several steps to recover such as restructuring leadership, aligning HR with business strategies, and strengthening talent processes.
