PROVED PRODUCT SAFETY: our priority is to provide delicious and safe
jam products meeting the highest quality proved by the BRC certification
at AA level. Before reaching the consumers, the products always undergo
a series of inspections at all stages of their production, from the control
of the raw material at the fruit receipt stage, sorting of fruits on sorting
belts while preparing the cooking portions, X-RAY and metal detection
machinery on the production lines to eliminate all hazards, up to the
release of the ready-for-sale product.

PRODUCTION PROCESS: the technological process covers a short cooking time which
makes it possible to keep whole fruits and pieces of fruit, the cooking temperature is
reduced to preserve all the richness of the fruit wholesome benefits and allows for
capturing the fruit aromas in the fruits themselves while retaining the original flavour.
