We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.

23. Description: Biotechnological development for the biological and
specific control of Listeria monocytogenes.
•Listeria monocytogenes is a gram-positive facultative anaerobice
bacteria.
•It is capable of growing at very low temperatures (around 0ºC) and at
high salt concentrations.
•Some serotypes are pathogens causing severe illness in humans.
•Is one of the most dangerous food borne pathogens, with a death rate
of 20 – 30 %.
•The most vulnerable parts of the population are pregnant women,
children, elderly and people with a general immune deficiency.
