Have every staff member as they come in or throughout day 1 take a photo in the box and write on their picture:
one word that represents Inclusion to them.
At conference, make a wall for the the Logo QIC with Lights and place clips on it. Have them place the photo on it.
Then at the end we turn off all the lights and see what was created and share.
This will also be a big point for ending the video with a bang.
