as if the user just went straight to the physician and was referred
for an X-ray. But Injury Navigator gives the user peace of mind
that they are not wasting their money and time going to seek
medical attention, or worse, neglecting to get attention when its
needed
In Scenario two, the user is provided some self-help treatments to
try for 1-2 weeks prior to seeking medical attention. This can save
the user time and money, while providing the basic treatments
he/she would likely receive anyway.
In both cases users will be provided location based links to medical
providers or links to vendors supplying equipment/products for
self care as needed.
