Six predictable, sequential types of concerns that people have when they are asked - or told - to change, or adjust to the new reality.
1. INFORMATION CONCERNS = people need more information about
the change
2. PERSONAL CONCERNS = perceiving the change as a personal threat or
opportunity
3. IMPLEMENTATION CONCERNS = coordination, logistics, and time for implementing and supporting the change
4. IMPACT CONCERNS = effects of change on the organization as a whole
