determined to be the best I can be within all aspects of the job. I have a passion and great
experience within steel erecting and rigging and wish to further my knowledge and my
career. Due to previous employment I have exceptional communication skills and can

Throughout my career I have been involved in many projects on construction sites and
offshore platforms that I have travelled throughout the UK to complete. Whilst both on
construction sites and offshore platforms my duties have been:
• The erection of main capital steel and plant.
• The erection of reactor containment vessel, tanks and vessels of various sizes.
• The installation of valves of various sizes and weights including Xmas tree valves.
• The erection of pipe work of various diameters including flow lines.
Throughout my career I have had many key achievements such as:
• Being permit signatory on various platforms.
• Always been known for working to the highest of regulatory standards (Safe Rigging
Practices in addition to Platform Safety Practices).
• Fulfilling the role of working charge hand on various contracts.
• I have been involved in the planning stages of work scopes.
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

Within this position I was dealing with the key responsibilities that included the engineering
on the platform and shutdowns. This role was one of a stressful nature; this helped
strengthen me as a person as I learned very efficiently how to deal with situations while
maintaining the best working practices possible. This job has strengthened my interpersonal
skills, as I had to liaise with many other departments while maintaining everyone’s
expectations within the situation. Within this role I have gained a plethora of skills and have
enhanced my team working and management skills.
