 Responsible for production and management over seven departments. Gas compressor,
Gearbox’s, Component, Clean line, Paint department, Machine shop, Weld shop and Facility
maintenance. Duties consist of.
 Planning and organizing day-to-day workflow.
 Processing Work orders, Part requisitions Vendor repair documents.
 Raised all requisitions for Shop supplies and Facility improvements.
 Worked and guided employees with Lean, Safety, Cost savings projects.
 Trained and evaluated new employees on Disassembly QC inspections and Assembly.
GAS BOOST COMPRESSORS:
• Overseeing all disassemblies, inspections and assemblies of Solar gas Boost
compressors.
• Developing Disassembly, Inspection and Assembly Procedures. Inspection criteria
and drawings.
• Coordinate with Project management to assure customer satisfaction of cost and on
time delivery.
• Customer and Field service support for technical issues.
REDUCTION / ACCESSORY AND SPEED INCREASER GEARBOX:
• Overseeing all disassemblies, inspections and
assemblies and testing of Solar, Western and Philadelphia gear box’s
• Developing Disassembly, Inspection and Assembly Procedures. Inspection criteria
and drawings.
• Coordinate with Project management to assure customer satisfaction of cost and on
time delivery.
• Customer and Field service support for technical issues.
