Membership & Billing Group Services Representative
 Provide front-line customer service with reliability and integrity while working as an effective analyst among
my team, representing over 400,000 Health Insurance Members.
 Increased skill set by cross training in; large commercial groups, billing and reconciliation, and volunteered
to assist with electronic enrollment and EDI/834 file transactions.
 Developed, advocated, and maintained standardized operating procedure documentation and streamlined
current processes for upper lever and corporate learning and development resource.

 Reconciled and approved invoices with an annual sum exceeding $70 million.
 Generated monthly billing process and stimulated key validation steps. Responded to inquiries from global
business contacts. Coordinated processes with vendor (Globoforce) for any credits resulting from the
quarterly billing analysis. Monthly compare analysis with vendors billing and credit processes.
 Key supporter of Global Recognition Application, website testing, updates to Purchasing Power Parity
(currency conversion) Index, reporting to support our global customers. Basic user within Oracle software.
 Project management facilitating a monthly Global Marketshare Report. Took lead action by directing team
members with redesign of the report to promote simplification and proficiency. Assumed leadership role with
