Warm greetings to each of you in attend-
ance on this upscale, elegant and exciting
night as we honor and appreciate some
amazing youth that are doing a great
work!
We are thankful that you have chosen to be a part of this formal and memo-
rable event to encourage and lift up our youth.
Southern California First Jurisdiction continues to set high standard of ex-
cellence and promotes biblical principles and quality life changing pro-
grams and activities that will uplift and enhance self-esteem in our young
people.
Your attendance and support sends a strong message that you care and stand
with us as we train youth to become great leaders. We are so thankful that
God has blessed us to see another year as we recognize and appreciate aca-
demic achievements and highlight other accomplishments that are due cele-
bration.
I’m standing on the shoulders of some great leaders that have gone before
me. We are transforming lives as we teach our Puritans to remain focused
on holiness and righteous living. We continue to teach the importance of
being “pure and holy” as a daily lifestyle.
As I reflect back on over 22 years of service, this journey has been a “Walk
of Faith” and it has brought me great joy to know that I’ve served from an
“humble place” and shared from a “servant’s heart” knowing that my labor
to update and remain relevant has not been in vain. My prayer is that my
leadership has had a positive impact on the lives on young people and
adults as well.
We walk by Faith and not by Sight…..

Congratulations on the State Purity Class
41st Annual Blue and White Ball
Greetings and Good Evening to Everyone:
The Puritans Annual Blue and White Ball is such an exciting time
for our young people to come together in this social gathering in
their stunning tuxedos and beautiful gowns. I trust this will be an
evening of good fellowship, a wonderful dinner, entertainment and
fun-filled activities.
The theme “Lock in on Faith and Don’t Waiver” is a relevant one
for today’s times. Perhaps some of you are dealing or coping with some issues and or pressures
in school life, other influences outside of the home and social media. Remember you always
have a choice. You have a choice not to be influenced by these avenues in life, but guard your
purity and choose to “Lock in on Faith and Don’t Waiver”. When you don’t waiver you close
the door for the adversary to come in and disrupt your tender young life that has not fully devel-
oped yet. All of you have much to gain in life because the potentials and possibilities are limit-
less and great in God.
Congratulations Mrs. Bonnie Matlock Williams for your 22-years of faithful and dedicated ser-
vice as State Purity Class President. Much appreciation to you and your committed staff counter-
acting what the world is offering our young people today. Through the teaching of standards and
Godly principles of living right are invaluable lessons that will help them not to waiver, but help
them to make the right choices.
My prayer is that this evening will be a very special and memorable occasion and that each Puri-
tan will be encouraged and inspired by the words of the speaker.
Love you Puritans you are always in my prayers.

Gail gave her life to Christ completely at
the age of 19 years old and had the privi-
lege of working as the Daily Operations
Manager for the Department of Women,
Southern California First Jurisdiction
and Personal Assistant to General Super-
visor of Women, Mother Barbara
McCoo Lewis for 14 years. Gail has
served in various ministerial capacities
within the church, from YWCC Presi-
dent and Chaplain, Sunday School
teacher, Church secretary, Women’s re-
treat chairperson, and so many other ministries that have shaped
her development as a servant-leader.
Over the past decade, Gail has facilitated workshops throughout
Southern California speaking on various topics- from spiritual de-
velopment to conversations centered on mental health themes. Be-
ing raised in Watts and being a native of Los Angeles, significantly
impacted Gail’s passion to assist and care for those who suffer with
a mental illness. As a passionate advocate for mental health and
justice, she obtained a M.S. in Counseling Psychology and a M.A.
in Forensic Psychology from California Baptist University. Con-
currently, she is an Adjunct Professor, Mental Health Clinician, and
is an Anti-Human Trafficking Case Manager with the Riverside
County Anti-Human Trafficking Taskforce. Since 2015, she has
worked closely with children and adult survivors of sex trafficking
and is passionate about providing resources to assist in eliminating
the survivors’ fears of returning to exploiters, increasing their self-
worth, and connecting them to valuable partners who stand in the
fight against the vulnerable. Gail believes that her calling in life is
to protect the voiceless and use her education and gifts to patiently
improve the lives of those who suffer violently or suffer in silence.
She has been married to her Shepherd, Pastor Eric Biggers for four-
teen years and is raising their nephew as a son.
