Understanding the Data The goal is to have  Target Tech  for each subarea. 1= Early Tech 3= Advanced Tech 2= Developing Tech 4= Target Tech There are 6 subareas for each key area.  The goal is to have a total of 24 for each key area by the year 2020. Note:  Let’s focus on Early Tech rankings in subareas.
