The Tapping
With the middle three fingers on either hand,
tap firmly but lightly between the eyebrows
while saying the following out loud.
The Preamble
• Even though
• I sometimes have unexplained and uncomfortable sensations
• and I feel foggy or groggy or confused or overwhelmed,
• I am free to release negativity from every aspect of my life.
• I give myself permission to find the clarity I am looking for.
• I totally and joyously love and accept my Self.
• I invite peace return to me.
• And I know that all is well.

4. The Curse Clearing
• Therefore
• By the power My Soul, (Source, Universe)
• All curses, interference, antagonism,
and repeaters are bound and defeated
• And must leave us now! (This planet Now!)
• To return to the Source,
• To be revealed in the Truth
• And absolved in the Light,
• Once and for all,
• Right now!
• So be it;
• Let it be done;
• And it is so!

6. AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I FOUND THAT ANGUISH AND
EMOTIONAL SUFFERING ARE ONLY WARNING SIGNS THAT I WAS
LIVING AGAINST MY OWN TRUTH.
TODAY, I KNOW, THIS IS “AUTHENTICITY”.
AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I UNDERSTOOD HOW MUCH IT CAN
OFFEND SOMEBODY AS I TRY TO FORCE MY DESIRES ON THIS
PERSON, EVEN THOUGH I KNEW THE TIME
WAS NOT RIGHT AND THE PERSON WAS NOT READY FOR IT, AND
EVEN THOUGH THIS PERSON WAS ME. TODAY I CALL IT “RESPECT”.

7. AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I STOPPED CRAVING FOR A
DIFFERENT LIFE, AND I COULD SEE THAT EVERYTHING THAT
SURROUNDED ME WAS INVITING ME TO GROW.
TODAY I CALL IT “MATURITY”.
AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I UNDERSTOOD THAT AT ANY
CIRCUMSTANCE, I AM IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME,
AND EVERYTHING HAPPENS AT THE EXACTLY RIGHT MOMENT. SO I
COULD BE CALM.
TODAY I CALL IT “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

8. AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I QUIT STEELING MY OWN TIME,
AND I STOPPED DESIGNING HUGE PROJECTS FOR THE FUTURE.
TODAY, I ONLY DO WHAT BRINGS ME JOY AND HAPPINESS, THINGS
I LOVE TO DO AND THAT MAKE MY HEART CHEER, AND I DO THEM
IN MY OWN WAY AND IN MY OWN RHYTHM.
TODAY I CALL IT “SIMPLICITY”.
AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I FREED MYSELF OF ANYTHING THAT
IS NO GOOD FORMY HEALTH – FOOD, PEOPLE, THINGS,
SITUATIONS, AND EVERYTHING THAT DREW ME DOWN AND AWAY
FROM MYSELF. AT FIRST I CALLED THIS ATTITUDE
A HEALTHY EGOISM. TODAY I KNOW IT IS “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

9. AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I QUIT TRYING TO ALWAYS BE RIGHT,
AND EVER SINCE I WAS WRONG LESS OF THE TIME.
TODAY I DISCOVERED THAT IS “MODESTY”.
AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I REFUSED TO GO ON LIVING IN THE
PAST AND WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE. NOW, I ONLY LIVE FOR THE
MOMENT, WHERE EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING.
TODAY I LIVE EACH DAY, DAY BY DAY, AND I CALL IT
“FULFILLMENT”.
AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF I RECOGNIZED THAT MY MIND CAN
DISTURB ME AND IT CAN MAKE ME SICK. BUT AS I CONNECTED IT
TO MY HEART, MY MIND BECAME A VALUABLE ALLY. TODAY I CALL
THIS CONNECTION “WISDOM OF THE HEART”

10. WE NO LONGER NEED TO FEAR ARGUMENTS, CONFRONTATIONS
OR ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WITH OURSELVES OR OTHERS. EVEN
STARS COLLIDE, AND OUT OF THEIR CRASHING NEW WORLDS ARE
BORN. TODAY I KNOW THAT IS “LIFE”!

• Even though I have all this mental clutter
• I choose to love and accept myself anyway
• Even though I have all this mental clutter

• Even though I have all this mental clutter
• All this monkey mind
• All this mental chatter
• Or maybe this brain fog
• All the stuff that's making it hard to think clearly
• Even though I have all this mental clutter
• I choose too deeply and completely
• Love, honor and accept myself
• And anyone else who might be involved in this

14. Start Tapping on Inner-eyebrow
• All this mental clutter
• All this monkey mind
• All this brain fog
• All this stuff
• That is taking up space in my mind
• It feels very crowded in there
• That is hard to focus on what I really love to focus on
• I got things I love to do
• It is so hard to focus right now
• it is hard to get clear
• About what I lov
• Of what I should do right now
• Or even what I should think right now
• And maybe that is all part of my fiendish plan

15. • Maybe I have created this mental clutter
• Maybe I turned on the fog machine
• Maybe I am the one that brought in all the monkeys
• And why would I do that?
• What am I afraid would happen?
• What am I afraid I might do?
• If I could think clearly
• How are all these monkeys protecting me?
• What am I trying to distract myself from?
• And why do I find that threatening?
• I choose to clear this fear
• Clearing the fear of being clear
• Clearing the fear thinking clearly
• I am letting the monkeys out now
• It is safe to not have this clutter
• Clearing this fears at a cellular level

16. • Clearing it all the way back through my past
• Back through all the events in my life
• That are causing me to think
• That I need this mental clutter right now
• Giving myself permission to focus
• And I can write things down that I need to remember
• I do not need to keep juggling all this stuff
• Finding ways to take care of myself
• So that I have the freedom to be clear
• Clearing out all that fog
• All that confusion
• All that need to be confused
• I do not need to be confused
• I do not need to be distracted
• I do not need these monkeys
• Clearing my mind
• So that I can focus on what is important
• In body, mind and spirit.
