• Paraffin wax is a white, soft, petroleum-
derived wax with a low melting point (46-
68°C).
• It's used in candles, cosmetics, food
packaging, pharmaceuticals, and industrial
applications.
• Paraffin wax is known for its ease of melting
and shaping.

RESULT AND CONCLUSION
• The PCM based heat exchanger for milk pasteurization used and
outcomes:
i) Saves fuel costs
ii) Helps poor farmers
• It helps in efficient management of heat by storing latent heat
even after power source are not available.
• The project goals were partially completed by analyzing the heat
transfer process improving temperature management.
