In management, staffing is an operation of recruiting employees
by evaluating their skills, knowledge, and then offering them
specific job roles accordingly.
Staffing in HRM
In Human Resource Management, it is the function of employee
recruitment, screening, and selection performed within a business to fill
job openings. This corresponds to directing in management because
staffing is a leadership function.
General Purpose
Is to simultaneously help a job seeker find a job, and find a qualified candidate for an open
position for a company.
Main Purpose
 To understand all functions of an organization
 To understand manpower planning so that people are available at a right time and at a
right place
 To understand issues related to job analysis and to overcome the problem.
