The Staff Supervision & Appraisal Training Course is to explain the process of supervision and appraisal in relation to the requirements of good HR practice and the relationships to the Care Standards Act 2000. It will provide managers, supervisors and staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out and participate within effective supervisions and appraisals in their organisational situations. It will teach you how to motivate staff by giving appraisal and making sure that your staff are working to their best by teaching you or your team supervision techniques.
