This document discusses ST's Teseo family of dual-frequency GNSS platforms for high-accuracy positioning and safety compliance. ST has pioneered multi-constellation receivers and developed proprietary sensor fusion technology. Their latest Teseo APP platform achieves sub-meter positioning accuracy using automotive-grade multi-band chips. Test results on German autobahns and in suburban areas show the Teseo V and Teseo APP achieving decimeter-level accuracy using precise point positioning techniques.

Vestige: A Visualization Framework for Engineering Geometry-Related Software

Geometry-related software is increasingly important in computational science and visual computing. Engineering such software is particularly challenging due to the size and complexity of the data it operates on. In this paper we present Vestige, a framework that employs visualization to address that challenge. Vestige targets four software engineering activities: (1) visualization-guided development, (2) monitoring and bug detection, (3) test oracle generation, and (4) debugging. We present five scenarios from our real-life experience as developers of geometry-related software that show how Vestige helps to improve the software development process. Integrating Vestige into the development workflow takes little effort and can have significant benefits.

The GEORA GNSS is a high-performance RTK receiver that supports all possible satellite constellations on all available GNSS frequencies. It provides full support for all major satellite systems, including GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS, and SBAS, making it an ideal tool for various geodetic and GIS applications. The GEORA GNSS receiver is equipped with a new generation IMU sensor, which features rapid initialization and increased resistance to electromagnetic interference. The new IMU sensor does not require calibration, making its use even more convenient and efficient. Thanks to the built-in IMU, the GEORA GNSS receiver allows for high-precision measurements without the need to level the receiver. The sensor operates at a frequency of up to 200 Hz, ensuring exceptional accuracy and response speed. The GEORA GNSS features improved tilt compensation technology. With the IMU activated, the horizontal measurement accuracy is 1.5 cm at a tilt of up to 60 degrees, and at a tilt of up to 90 degrees, the horizontal accuracy reaches 2 cm. This allows users to perform precise measurements even in challenging conditions when the device is tilted or moving. Using the GEORA GNSS receiver with integrated IMU provides a new experience in using GNSS RTK technologies, combining high accuracy, speed, and ease of use.
