St Albans High School for Girls engaged Executive Direct Ltd to consult on changes to their catering and hospitality offerings. In the spring of 2017 St Albans High School was fortunate enough to engage the
services of Executive Direct Ltd. The school was going through a number of exciting
changes regarding the catering and hospitality offering for the students as well as
external guests. We felt it appropriate to seek consultation from a professional
company who possess a large range of resources as well as considerable
experience in this field.
The Culinary Director Warren Jones duly arrived and immediately took charge, he
listened to our thoughts and ideas, outlined his vision for us and then brought it into
effect. He trained the staff to a higher standard, implemented new menus, was
visually present during service and was available to answer questions from the
student body and members of SLT.
Overall he was only here for two weeks but the input we received from Warren was
invaluable. Lots of his ideas are still in use today and we wouldn't have the high
standard of service available to our students and guests if it wasn't for Executive
Direct Ltd. I would highly recommend their services to any company who is looking
to considerably raising their game.
