St Albans High School for Girls engaged Executive Direct Ltd to consult on changes to their catering and hospitality offerings. The Culinary Director Warren Jones took charge, outlining his vision and implementing it. He trained staff to a higher standard, introduced new menus, and was available during service. Though only on site for two weeks, Warren's input was invaluable and many of his ideas are still in use, helping St Albans maintain a high standard of service for students and guests. The Director of Hospitality recommends Executive Direct Ltd to other organizations looking to improve.
