- 82% reported experiencing depression and 78% rejection. Mental health issues increased substantially after an HIV diagnosis. Those with multiple socially disadvantaged identities reported more mental health problems.
- Russian-language respondents reported even higher levels of gender-based violence from health workers and police than global respondents. They also reported more negative experiences with healthcare services and less support for gender-based violence.
