Foreign Direct investments (FDI) become
most visions expressing international
contributing economics and known types in
foreign finance for development under recent
challenges and global economic changes.
Thus (FDI) importance increased in the last
period extremely due to its clear influence over
the world production type, and the effectiveness
in forming the global economic relations, where
as statistics indicates that international
companies activity captured business with a
percent of 30% from the world trade volume and
it's affiliated companies with a percent of 6%
from the world production developed countries

acknowledged that theimportance of (FDI) not
entitled on attracting capitals and transfer
modern technologies, organizational,
administrative skills, but extended it's rule in
participating in improving the economic
efficiency for the guest countries through
increasing the competitiveness ratio and support
it's export capabilities in saving permanent
development tools regarding countries suffering
from widening local resource gap (Saving,
Investment).
And that requires the organizational repair
for the governmental administrative system and
kill bureaucracy in the sake of facilitate the
needed license, registration procedures in order
to practice the activity, and take the necessary
policies to accommodate the alternative climate
of investment through activating government
concepts.
