Классификация тренировочного плана: *принципы расчета тренировочной нагрузки, *составные части плана при подготовке бегуна к соревнованиям на длинные дистанции;
Классификация бегунов по степени тренированности: (новичок, любитель, продвинутый любитель, профессиональный бегун)
Отличия в построении тренировочных планов для бегунов, в зависимости от уровня их тренированности.
9. Структура тренировочного процесса:
Ноябрь-декабрь:
Основные задачи- « раскачивание сердца», уменьшение
содержания жировой ткани, увеличение локальной мышечной
выносливости, профилактика травматизма
Аэробные тренировки( при невозможности выполнения
беговой тренировки любой из альтернативных вариантов):
увеличение объема тренировок не более чем на 10% в неделю
ОФП( круговые тренировки в домашних условиях с
использование босу, резинового амортизатора)
Стретчинг( в домашних условиях, в идеале в паре)
10. Структура тренировочного процесса:
Январь-февраль:
• Продолжаем « раскачивать» сердце, добавляем
темповой бег( 1 раз в неделю не более 40-45 минут на
уровне ПАНО)
• Темповой бег на ровной, хорошо освещенной
поверхности, в подходящей для этого обуви
• ОФП( круговые тренировки в домашних условиях с
использование босу, резины)
• Стретчинг( в домашних условиях, в идеале в паре)
11. Структура тренировочного процесса:
Март-апрель:
• Добавляем интервальную работу( не чаще одного раза в неделю), СБУ и
« длинные» бега, в конце цикла возможен контрольный полумарафон
( строго по пульсу)
• Интервалы необходимо бегать в подходящей обуви, только полностью
восстановившись и не менее чем через три дня после темпового бега
• СБУ
• Соотношение высокоинтенсивной и низкоинтенсивной работы - 20:80!!!
• « Длинные» тренировки выполняются в темпе медленнее целевого
темпа на марафоне на 30-40 секунд и не должны быть длиннее 30-32 км
• Особый акцент необходимо делать на восстановлении!!!
