The document summarizes the findings of a study on the future of the UK printing industry. It finds that while printing remains significant, the industry faces challenges from declining demand, overcapacity, and competition from other media. However, the study also finds opportunities for printers in diversifying into new services like multi-channel communications, variable data printing, mailing and fulfillment. For printers to thrive, the summary says they will need to meet customers' changing needs by moving beyond traditional print and embracing diversification.

Via Egnatia then crossed the Balkan Peninsula, passing through cities from Durres to Thessaloniki and connecting the western Mediterranean to Asia Minor and the Black Sea region.
