We’ve been innovating in assessments for 33 years, we’re present in 104 countries around the world and many of our assessments are available in 56 languages.

We do this by using a range of psychometric assessments.

Our client base reflects the general distribution of companies.
You’ll see that on a global level, we work with around 27k SME and mid-sized businesses; and around 9k very large businesses.
This client distribution if mirrored in the UK, where we work with around 6,000 companies – the majority of them are smaller businesses.
