  1. Thank you for taking the time to see me today. This presentation is designed to give you an overview of Thomas International, who we work with and how we help our clients.
  2. You may be aware that Thomas is a global company. We’ve been innovating in assessments for 33 years, we’re present in 104 countries around the world and many of our assessments are available in 56 languages.
  3. Thomas exists to help our clients transform and improve not only the performance of their employees, but also the performance of their business. We do this by using a range of psychometric assessments. These assessments will get to the heart of what makes your people successful in their roles. We are all about focusing on and maximising people’s strengths and our whole reason for being is to bring a high level of certainty to all your people decisions.
  4. Our assessments are widely used around the world. There are upwards of quarter of a million trained Thomas users worldwide. We work with 32,000 companies of every shape and size. And our systems handle over 1.5 million assessment completions every year. These numbers continue to grow on a daily basis.
  5. I mentioned we work with over 32,000 companies worldwide. Our client base reflects the general distribution of companies. You’ll see that on a global level, we work with around 27k SME and mid-sized businesses; and around 9k very large businesses. This client distribution if mirrored in the UK, where we work with around 6,000 companies – the majority of them are smaller businesses.
  6. So what makes Thomas different? You’re probably aware that there are many assessment providers in the market, with a variety of offerings and focuses. We did some market research last year to truly understand what differentiates Thomas for our clients. The first is that, because Thomas’ assessments are quick to use and extremely straightforward to understand, our clients get immediate impact on their business [dont’ forget they’re also psychologically robust]. Take our behavioural profile, PPA, as an example. It takes 8 minutes to complete and so, within 8 minutes, you have golddust in your hands.
