This document outlines a proposal for a new learning environment centered around history education. It aims to address shortcomings in current history teaching by making learning more student-centered, inquiry-based, and experiential through the use of technology. The proposed environment would be located in a building designed to immerse students in history. Students would use virtual and augmented reality, digital restoration tools, and games to explore a disappeared temple from Korea's Baekje period in an authentic scenario. The goal is for technology to enhance history education by bringing the past to life, supporting meaningful knowledge construction, and improving students' historical understanding and awareness.
