The program aims to meet the needs of busy local, national, and international executives who cannot regularly attend weekly classes but still want high-quality management training. EADA representatives believe the school's 55 years of experience, quality standards, international accreditations, and rankings help ensure program excellence. They also note non-residential programs allow participants to share experiences and network in ways that can alleviate the "loneliness of leadership."
