совокупность правил поведения, касающихся внешнего
проявления отношения к людям (обхождение с
окружающими, формы обхождения и
приветствия, поведение в общественных
местах, манеры и одежда).
3. Культура поведения - качество социально
необходимое и ценное в силу ее нравственной основы;
включает в себя «совокупность выработанных и
проверенных опытом способов организации
повседневной жизни и общения людей и является
составной частью общечеловеческой культуры.
4. Гуманизма, который требует от социального работника:
вежливости,
тактичности,
скромности,
чуткости,
внимательности,
точности.
5. Целесообразности действий (современный этикет
требует не заучивания правил, а творческого
использования их применительно к конкретным
ситуациям).
Эстетической привлекательности поведения
(красоты поведения; поведение и внешний вид
специалиста должны быть
эстетичными, привлекательными).
