• Downloading the files from the Website.
• Updating batch log
• Before processing the payment batch, we will prepare batch reconciliation to
avoid discrepancies in total batch amount.
• Processing the payments & Correspondence batches from the Lockbox.
• After processing the batches verify with total batch amount and balance the batch
and taking batch listings.
• If any issues are there we will forward the task to AR people.
• By seeing downloading batches for the particular day we will plan to complete all
the batches with in TAT.
• If any issue solved by AR people we will make necessary changes.
• We will maintain track for EOB missing, Payments in Correspondence, AR Log
for queries,
