PARAS: Evolution
Before writing the first line of code, we did a global survey involving more than
130 hospitals, including 73 in India.
This exercise was undertaken to know the key areas of concern of Healthcare
Providers globally which included a broad spectrum ranging from hospitals that
were using world class solutions to the hospitals that barely had anything
automated.
Addressing these key concerns became the cornerstone of our functional and
technical roadmap since we wanted to deliver products that are relevant in the
current scenario of running hospitals or healthcare institutions effectively.
